If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the following charges apply based on how much notice is given before departure. Certain components - accommodation, flights and park fees - may be non-refundable regardless of notice period.
No-show policy
Travellers who fail to appear on the day of departure receive no refund.
Changes to your booking
Written amendment requests are subject to availability, and fees may apply depending on the scope of the change.
Cancellations by We Tour Safaris
We reserve the right to cancel a tour for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability). In this case we offer an alternative tour of equivalent value, but accept no liability for related customer expenses such as flights or visas.
Refund timeline
All refund requests are processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies and lost belongings.
